Is EZCFDs Safe And Regulated? – The Importance of Regulation
For a start, we tried to answer if EZCDFs is regulated and by whom, and who’s behind this company. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find the official owner. Just a couple of months ago, on the website it was listed that Xvector LTD owns the brand and is based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
However, this company has been blacklisted by the UK FCA for another scam brand, Niro Trade. So it looks like they tried to keep EZCFDs clean and not involved.
What’s Wrong With EZCFDs License?
After careful website examination, we found no owner, only random information that the company is based in Estonia, with an Estonian support number. Despite Estonia being known as a safe haven for fraud, this country does have a financial regulator, FI. According to their register, EZCFDs regulation doesn’t exist. We’ve checked a couple of Tier1 registers as well, such as ASIC, FCA, and BaFin, but no better luck.
It tells us that EZCFDs is an unregulated brokerage that you should avoid. Also, we recommend staying away from scammers, such as M4Markets, Capixal or Blackrock. You will not be able to withdraw funds!
EZCFDs Reviews – Is EZCFDs Scam Broker?
If you ask traders, they will be united when saying that the EZCFDs scam has no boundaries. According to broker reviews, clients are experiencing severe withdrawal issues, and the platform is not entirely useful since it has lots of lags. Also, the broker is charging extraordinary commissions. They force clients to take a bonus when depositing without notifying them about the bonus agreement and all the terms within.
If you have any issues with EZCFDs – let us know. We want to prevent other people from becoming trading scam victims.
EZCFDs Platform Review – Available Trading Software
Like many scam brokers, EZCFDs forex brokerage provides only a proprietary web trader. Since it’s a way for the company to manipulate the trades, change yours, and take away your money, to avoid these things, you should find a broker that provides MT4 or MT5.
Besides the fact EZCFDs will give you only a web trader, the company has another issue – this web trader is nothing more than a TradingView chart with a few indicators attached. If you hope for a good trading experience, unfortunately, this broker won’t provide one. Yet, there’s a mobile app for Android and iOS based on the web trader.
In Which Countries Does This Broker Work?
According to the broker’s Terms and Conditions, there’s no limitation for service provision, meaning that wherever you are, you will be able to invest your funds. According to EZCFDs reviews, most clients come from the UK, EU, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and South Africa.
However, remember that you’re dealing with an unregulated entity and avoid investing funds with such.
What Can You Trade With an EZCFDs Broker? – Trading Instruments
If there’s anything good to say about EZCFDs, it’s related to their wide trading offer. Clients can trade with:
- Currency pairs (Forex)
All of the trades are executed on the web trader. However, since we don’t have any information about the leverage, spread, or similar trading conditions, we advise you to be careful.
EZCFDs Account Types – Trading Accounts
Company offers its clients 6 different account types:
- Smart Start
- Complete Package
The main difference is in the initial deposit, bonus given to the account, and support provided by the broker. EZCFDs minimum deposit for the Simple account is $250, while the Platinum account requires $15,000. If you want to become a VIP client, you need to get in touch with the company’s account manager.
EZCFDs Demo Account
Unfortunately, EZCFDs doesn’t provide us with the Demo account, so verifying the company’s offer is a bit difficult. However, since we’re talking about an unregulated shady brokerage, you shouldn’t be investing with such in the first place.
EZCFDs Scam – Don’t Put Any Money With This Broker
Nowadays, brokers are getting more sophisticated, and their scam ways are improving. Yet, you should know that every unregulated company can give you only one outcome – a fraud. If you are already involved with EZCFDs, there is a high chance that your money has been stolen.
