Is TrustGates a Scam Broker to Avoid?

The first thing that bothered us was the lack of the T&C. Each trader should have transparent fees, commissions, and legal jurisdiction to file a complaint if something goes wrong.

Yet, with the broker TrustGates, you won’t get such a chance. The firm is allegedly based in Germany and the UAE, yet has no appropriate licenses.

Additionally, we know nothing about the company owner. Thus, even if you wanted to start any legal action, you have nobody to name in front of the authorities.

All this indicates that TrustGates Forex broker cannot be trusted, and it’s safest to avoid it.

TrustGates is an unlicensed Forex and CFD trading provider. The company allegedly has offices in Dubai and Berlin but has never obtained a license from the DFSA or BaFin. The consumer index is low, and there are numerous fraud reports.

False Claims About Regulation – License Doesn’t Exist

TrustGates False Claims About Regulation

The website tells us that 16 worldwide offices with support are available in multiple languages. Yet, there’s no phone number or an online chat to contact them.

Besides, there’s a claim about TrustGates regulations being with the UK, Estonia, Cyprus, Australia and Jordan authorities.

After reviewing the registers of FCA, FI, CySEC, ASIC, and JSC, we found nothing.

Where Is TrustGates Trading Scam Active?

TrustGates trading scam has been active since June this year. Ever since, the brokerage has defrauded many. Based on complaints, the majority of victims come from:

  • Germany
  • US

The company claims to be globally present and licensed to lure customers into fraud. Don’t fall for it.

What Are Trading Platforms Available?

If you want to access the TrustGates trading platform, you should open and fund an account. Since we were unwilling to invest a penny with a scheme firm, we can only say that the platform is web-based. As per features and tools, we’re unable to comment.

Instead of blindly trusting the brokerage to provide you with a reliable trading solution, find a legitimate firm offering MT4 or MT5. You’re ensuring you have the best trading software with the highest fund security.

Can I Download the TrustGates Mobile Trading App?

There’s no mobile app for this trading firm. TrustGates login from Android and iOS devices are enabled only through a mobile web browser. Another thing you want to avoid. When you choose MetaTrader broker, you automatically ensure a mobile app and convenient trading.

What Can I Trade With a Broker?

Broker TrustGates has its mouth full of different trading assets. Various parts of the website give us various information. According to it, customers can access all markets, including:

  • Currency pairs – AUD/CAD, USD/ILS, TRY/ZAR
  • Indices – Dow Jones, S&P500, NASDAQ
  • Shares – Amazon, Asus, Nvidia
  • Commodities – corn, natural gas, palladium
  • Cryptocurrencies – SHIBA, MATIC, SOL
  • ETFs – SPDR S&P500, iShares Silver

However, without access to a trading platform, we cannot confirm this.

Can I Trade With a TrustGates Demo Account?

TrustGates account types don’t exist. As explained, you’ll have to invest an initial deposit if you want to test the broker’s platform. Therefore, a risk-free TrustGates Demo account is not enabled either.

Instead of being forced into depositing the money, you can choose regulated brokers. The minimum deposit starts at as low as $5, and you can test their platform for free.

Moreover, beware of scammers such as XpresTradeDGTL Trade and Vertex Traders. If possible, please tell us about your scam experience.

Is TrustGates Welcome Bonus Available?

TrustGates’ minimum deposit is $250. On that amount, the company offers a welcome bonus of 100%. However, incentives are never free. Scheme firms use them to prevent you from withdrawals by requiring high rollovers to repay the given amount.

Since we have no T&C or TrustGates bonus policy, we cannot confirm how much this welcome bonus will cost you. But be sure, it won’t be cheap.

TrustGates Withdrawal Issues and Withdrawal Fee Scam

Finally, TrustGates reviews report severe withdrawal issues. The firm asks customers to pay non-existent fees and cover their taxes before even approving a withdrawal request. Usually, the requested amount is around 20% of the clients’ profit.

However, even those who went along and paid the requested amount were never able to get a penny back. This is the last attempt to steal your funds before freezing your trading account and disappearing.

Beware that trading commissions are paid directly from the profit. If you’re asked for any money from your bank account, credit card, or crypto wallet, you’ll be defrauded one last time.
